Introduction
High carbon high chromium cold work die steel with excellent hardenability and wear resistance. Hardness up to HRC60-62 after heat treatment. Low quenching deformation, ideal for complex shapes and heavy-duty cold work dies. Quenching at 1020-1050°C.
Applications
Blanking dies, cold heading dies, drawing dies, cold extrusion dies, shear blades, powder metallurgy molds, gauges, thread rolling dies.
